Meghan Mello

Meghan has done hair in three cities - Seattle, Pittsburgh, and, forever and always, back home in Providence. Before hair, she spent years working in high-end hospitality - and that instinct for taking care of people never really left. She brings the same warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality to the salon, creating an experience that feels considered without ever feeling stuffy.

Behind the chair, Meghan specializes in dry cutting, big transformations, gender-affirming cuts, and BANGS of all styles. Her background working with Aveda shaped her creative approach to color and love of playing with tone, crafting something that feels completely singular to the person wearing it. Meghan feels lucky to have taken classes with Aveda's Global Director of Color Services and with a number of celebrity stylists. She is committed to continuing her education, specifically in cutting for curly and textured hair. 

Outside the salon, Meghan is a girl mom, runner, mystery novel reader, horror movie fanatic, devoted Cher fan, and someone who takes having fun pretty seriously.

Claudia Kelley

Before finding her way to hair, Claudia spent years working in the corporate and nonprofit worlds - an unconventional path that ultimately shaped the way she approaches her work behind the chair. She’s thoughtful, curious, and a little obsessive about the details (but always keeps it fun!).

Behind the chair, Claudia loves razor-sculpting short cuts and cutting a really crispy bob - but she’s just as happy carving out long layers or a shag. She specializes in balayage and loves high-impact, low-maintenance color, from lived-in dimension to a strategically placed color block. She loves working with all textures to create hair that feels easy for the person wearing it. Her approach is collaborative and realistic: great hair should feel like you, grow out beautifully, and work with the life you actually live.

Outside the salon, Claudia is a New England girl through and through. She loves thrifting, cooking something unnecessarily elaborate, knitting, the Celtics, Taylor Swift, Midwest emo, and hanging out with her very fluffy dog and cat - usually with an iced coffee in hand.
